Scholarship Description: The Newcastle University announced ten scholarships for a variety of International Foundation Programmes created to assist international fee-paying students who need to complete a Foundation programme before enrolling on a Newcastle University undergraduate degree.
There are ten scholarships available for the following International Foundation Programmes:
-Foundation pathway in Business and Management
-Foundation pathway in Humanities and Social Sciences
-Foundation pathway in Physical Sciences and Engineering
-Foundation pathway in Biological and Biomedical Sciences
Scholarships cover a total of one year’s tuition. You will receive the first half of the scholarship while on your pathway programme, and the second half when you begin your degree at Newcastle University. The Value of award will be from £11,490 -£12,990, depending on chosen Foundation pathway.
All international fee-paying students can apply for this scholarship. The candidate who have completed 12 years of schooling (or the local equivalent to meet the same standard) with good grades is eligible to apply. Applicant must have a minimum English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 for specified degree programmes and must be a minimum of 17 years old.
