Purpose of award: To provide assistance to amateur radio operators with learning disabilities.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be licensed amateur radio operators who are accepted to or enrolled in a two- or four-year college, technical school or university. Preference is given to students with documented learning disabilities who are putting forth effort.
