Purpose of award: To provide scholarships for descendents of members of the Jewish War Veterans of the USA.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be direct descendents of a JWV member in good standing. Candidates must also have been accepted to an accredited college, university or nursing school, be in the upper 25 percent of their class and be active in activities at school and within the Jewish community.

Amount: $500.

How to apply: Applications are available online and should be submitted by the applicant's school to the department commander in the local post.
