Purpose of award: To provide financial assistance to individuals living with hemophilia or von Willebrand disease, or their children.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have either hemophilia or von Willebrand disease or be the child of an individual with one of these two diseases. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need, as well as a record of academic excellence and community service.
Target applicant: High school students
College students
Adult students
Minimum GPA: 2.5
Amount: $1,000.
Number of awards: 20.
Deadline: May 15.
