Purpose of award: To help integrate hearing impaired persons into mainstream society through education.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be high school seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA and be accepted to a college, university or technical school and be planning to attend full-time. Applicants must also be U.S. citizens, be mainstreamed hearing impaired students and have significant bilateral hearing impairment.
Target applicant: High school students
Minimum GPA: 3
Amount: Up to $2,500.
