Purpose of award: To recognize education majors with leadership potential and a dedication to education.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be education majors of at least sophomore level who demonstrate leadership skills and a strong dedication to education. They must be nominated for the scholarship by an instructor or supervisor. Applicants must have a GPA of at least 3.5 and demonstrate significant contributions to local or national education efforts. This scholarship is only available in odd years.

Minimum GPA: 3.5
Amount: $500.
Number of awards: 1.
Deadline: February 10 of odd years.
