Purpose of award: To assist ham radio operators in furthering their educations.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have at least a general .ham radio license, be residents of and attend post-secondary institutions in the New England states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Vermont) or New York state and be pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree in electronics, communications or a related field.
