Purpose of award: To assist ham radio operators with furthering their educations.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have some form of ham radio operating license, be residents of Florida, Illinois, Indiana or Michigan, major in electronic engineering or a related technical field and be ARRL members.

Amount: $1,250.
