Purpose of award: To assist ham radio operators in furthering their educations.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must have at least a novice ham radio license, be undergraduate or graduate students in electrical engineering, be residents of and attend schools in the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin) and be members of ARRL.
