Purpose of award: To recognize students for their self-initiated community service.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be middle and high school students in the U.S. or Puerto Rico and involved in volunteer work that was completed during the year prior to date of application .
Target applicant: Junior high students or younger
High school students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $1,000-$5,000.
Number of awards: 104.
