Purpose of award: To assist North Carolina undergraduate and graduate students who are blind or visually impaired.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be North Carolina residents who are enrolled full-time at a North Carolina college or university. They must be legally blind or have a condition that could result in blindness, and they must be in need of vocational rehabilitation services.
